At the onset of this project, Lebanon had not had a sitting president for the last two years. 14 failed attempts to elect a president by biased Lebanese parliamentarians was driving the country deeper into crisis. And the Lebanese people were growing tired of not having a strong political leader.

In response, AnNahar, a leading independent Lebanese newspaper, collaborated to develop the world's first artificial intelligence designed to perform presidential duties, in an attempt to solve a political stalemate and provide an unbiased way forward.

Our model was meticulously trained on over 90 years of AnNahar's objective reporting, encompassing a vast array of historical and contemporary events – creating an extensive dataset that ensured our AI could offer informed and balanced perspectives on Lebanon's multifaceted issues.
