To demonstrate Google Shopping has a holiday deal for everyone, we generated bespoke ads for every block in New York City.

Our AI combined inputs from Maps, Search trends, and individual billboard coordinates to generate creative that matched its exact location.

Creative direction was embedded directly into the system.

We trained each stage through hand-crafted examples – from ideation, to copywriting, to visual identity. This enabled the system to generate hundreds of variations while maintaining consistency with Google’s brand.

Human judgment remained central to the process.

Our AI surfaced high-performing options for review. Then, a custom interface allowed teams to feedback or approve – enabling deployment across NYC in near real time.

It worked at street-level, and also on Manhattan’s biggest stage.

The most impactful trends and hottest products got the full 3D treatment, including Google generated background graphics using Gemini that were then animated with Flow.
