Google’s marketing teams set out to explore how AI could be leveraged to drive more inclusive marketing strategies. To ensure AI was a tool for progress rather than an amplifier of bias, we tapped into Google’s extensive research on inclusive marketing — and created bespoke Inclusive Marketing AI Workflows within Gemini. These workflows implemented AI functions to check marketing strategy, creative ideas, or media strategies for inclusivity, and collaborate with the user to revise their ideas.
